Problem with Hard drive

One of my old 20gb hard drives crapped out on me a while ago but I was Wondering if anyone has a suggestion

When I plug it into my xbox
The xbox Loads and acts as if there is no hard drive plugged in ( No saves , No Profiles , Nothing)
theres no problem with xbox Loads other HDs fine.
Same with Xport Doesnt show any hard drive plugged in
Anyone got a quick idea or suggestion on how to fix
Ps. I dropped it a few times

Format It To FAT32 On Your Computer Then Put It In Your 360 And Format It To The 360.

Yeh but
it wont show up on my computer or xbox
 i most likely think to do with something breaking on the Inside
