I'm Thinking They Can Detect Anyone On 1.5-1.6 But Not 1.61

i got banned hitachi 1.5.1
and got a friend who has been banned with BenQ 1.6.1
getting a new xbox tomorrow dont if i should flash it.

Alright my though:
1.They can detect newer xboxs that have been flashed
2.They can detect firmware 1.6 - 1.6.1
3.They can detect wave 4 games
4.They can detect modded games
5.They can detect games played early

i got banned its gay 1 day before modern warfare 2 and its not fun offline
