This New tool to come to the Xbox 360 moddding community will help you mod as a user, With the ease of just  a simple button clicks, But has a fell that more advanced users can use.
The tool is Called Eclipse (Thanks to Friend Kill_Seth for the name Thanks man!)
Each update that will come to Eclipse will have better Gui Updates and New tools.
Tools will have the abblity to Mod your File and Then Rehash + Resign so you can just Drag back into your HDD.
This tool will become very popular.  Thanks.

I didn't i codded it in C#, I haven't learned Delphi(That's my next lang i am going to learn after C++).

Most of the tools are free, But i will add a VIP feature.
