How To Get Free Microsoft Points!

Alright, I figured this out myself while I was getting an error message while
trying to play a few movies I had Purchased. 

The first thing you are going to want to do is to call up Microsoft
1-800-4-MYXBOX, (Ask For An Agent), once you get a hold of a representative
tell them you purchased several movies and when you try to play the movies you
recieve an error message 1000405080 or something like that.

The points were deducted from my balance but the movies did not show up on my download history. 

Point and case: tell them instead of being able to download the movies again you are being charged for the points to buy it again.  The agent should refund your points (that you did not spend!) for free.  It usually takes about 20 to 40 minutes depending on the agent. 

I Will find out the exact error message that you get so you guys do not have any problems.

Microsoft has made a new no MS points giving out policy. I have tried several methods like this.
