Created by myself CountryBoy, Someone11110 and Minous.

I set all Governing Skills to 255 except for Speed which is at 160, Alld Major and Minor Skills I set to 220. And the Main Character Level is 29. It is a New Game, But you start off a Nord. Which I think is the coolest looking One.

Great User Enchanted Items like Goliath's Black Hood with 2000 Health, Ring of Hercules 2000 Strength, Springheel Jak's Ring 150 Acrobatics and Merlin's Visions Amulet with 1000 Willpower plus Knights of the Order Complete Armor and Mythic Dawns Complete Armor. Plus many. many more Items straight from the Testing Halls.(I made sure not pick anything up that would create future Bugs)

Only 3 Missions done, Dark Brotherhood Kill Rufio mission and two other small ones(First two Sewer Missions) that make this pretty much a New Game. This save also as Infinite Money and the best invisibiltiy spell(Duration 120 Sec) also the Grand Ring of Shadow

You should never mod your stats, you won't be able to beat the game...
I suggest you restart from the beginning.

Man, I have to start all that over then. Is it possible to start a new game an then mod my Character level first and save and then Edit governing, major an minor?

BTW, When I open the save in the Hex Shop, I cannot even find my Level. I search by my characters name. I never seen anything close to my main level.

I don't even think you can mod your level only your stats...
I might be mistaken as I've never tried to anyways.

I like how you don't listen, if you edit your stats you can't level up.
