You could have a list of what the buttons are in text string rather than what they are in hex. Like Hex="1300"  Button="RT"  Text="!!". I couldn't exactly copy the text in this because the characters aren't supported. But something like that, i just used Gamertag editor to get what the hex values are in text form. I don't know if it work with modio but give it a try.

You cant use text for the buttons its a hex number

like i said just add a 1 infront of your name say 1kill_seth
then save with modio
then open your account file with a hex editor
then click on the 1
change the values on the left to any button
hit save

Ive Just Been told that cod4 have patched the colours names today and today ive just orded my hardware cable ffs can you please make a new tut on how to bypass this? would be greatly appreciated

If it is patched, there are other mods... buttons may still be going and there are avatar mods and other games have mods as well so dont be too pissed off you've not wasted your money if u bought it

i tried going onto my modded account, and now it won't let me.
do i have to hex something in the modded file?

well, i don't think you fully understood what i had written.
i DID follow the tutorial, and i DID have it working, but for some reason, when i try to switch over account's on split screen, it jsut automatically signs me out of xbox live..
