Remove Game Save Tutorials section

There is no point to it. There is one post in it and that is probably the most that there will ever be. Just move that post to Game Save Discussion and get rid of that section. It just seems stupid to have it there. If there are more tutorials for certain games later then just make the section again.

We are a gamesaving site if other things take the focus off gamesaving then it will be those that are taken down. I see a lot of wrong posting so when i get around to moving them then we will see how useful it is.
