What you need:
1. Modded Gamertag Account
2. Two Controllers
3. A Brain and a small amount of common sense.

Written tutorial:

1. Sign Into your modded Gamertag account with your second controller.
2. Sign out of your modded Gamertag account with your second controller.
3. Go on your first controller and jump and click back.
4. There you go now you can be host and do this and you can do it as much as you want in one game.

Works completely was doing yesterday plus was in tutorial for it.
