In this tutorial I will be showing you how to make a nice zoom effect to a photo.

Let's get started.

Step 1. Open your image in photoshop and select the eliptical marque tool. Select the part of the image that you want to be zoomed.



Step 2. Now feather your selection. Select-modify-feather. Use a 15 pixels for the feather. Now press Ctrl + Shift + I. This will select the inverse.



Step 3. Now it's time to add the zoom. Go to filter-blur-radial blur. For blur method choose zoom. And keep quality at good. Choose an amount that looks good with your image. I chose 45.




And your done! Hope you like your zoomed image.
