HELP with COD WaW Nazi Zombie

Hello guys I have a problem with COD WAW NAZI ZOMBIE...
I have:
-> xbox360 flash1.6 ixtreme (I bought it in ITALY)
-> cod waw region free (ITALIAN)
when i mod or download savegame of Modded nazi zombie after reash and resign and after i put in my HDD when i start the game there are no mod.. WHY ? ? ? ???
-There is a particoular button for activate the mod ?? or I have to download an NTSC/USA COD WaW ??
PLS help me....

I put the same mod of the gamesaves that are avaible on download in this beautiful site... but the save game is the HDD in the right place but when i start the campaign or the zombie there are no mods...
do u think i need an USA version CoD WaW game???
or there are a special procedure 4 activate the mod ??
 can you help me pls  ::) ::)... thanks...
