Here's a guide that I found on another site and wanted to share. I didn't make this so don't thank me for it or ask me indepth questions about it (haven't tried it yet). I'm pretty sure this won't get you banned as you can only transfer licenses once a year.


requirements:
xbox live (duh)
an account that has the wanted dlc
access to xbox live and a computer at the same time

1) send a message to all your friends asking if you can borrow their account for a day or so (nothing bad will happen to it).
2) if they agree, Them them that you have to recover their account. (assuming that they say yes).
3) recover their account.
4) go to Xbox.com | Xbox.com Home and sign in using their account. then in the search bar type in ( license transfer ).
5) click the first suggestion.
6) start the license transfer process and follow all steps.
7) Once your done, sign in to xbl using their account.
Cool Go to download history, and download what ever you wish!
9) let them recover their account back and play your new dlc with them

NOTE* You can use as many accounts to transfer licenses to your xbox as you wish. But you can transfer licenses from that account only one a year.

2nd NOTE* This will not affect their dlc in any way.
